Contact: Contact Support

We do not sell your personal information. We only collect the minimum data needed to answer inquiries, provide services, and keep routine business records.

1. Information We Collect

We believe in data minimization. We only collect the personal information that is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiries, provide our digital services, and maintain our business records securely.

Information you provide directly

  • When you submit our contact form, audit request form, or subscribe to our resources, we collect the details you explicitly enter. This typically includes your full name, email address, phone number, business name, physical service area, and specific project details.
  • If you opt-in to receive SMS notifications or text messages regarding your audit or project status, we collect and store your mobile phone number specifically for that purpose. We strictly adhere to A2P 10DLC compliance and will never text you without explicit consent.
  • If you email us directly at hello@smallbizhelp.tech, we receive and store the information contained in that correspondence to maintain an accurate communication history.

Information from the on-site chatbot widget

  • Our website includes an AI-styled chat widget designed to help you navigate our services. Currently, this widget uses pre-written responses triggered by button clicks and does not transmit your inputs to a remote server or store personal data.
  • If you use the widget to request a follow-up, the information you provide (like your email or phone number) is treated with the same security as a standard contact form submission.

Automatically collected information

  • We do not currently run invasive analytics tracking or third-party advertising cookies on this site. Our goal is a fast, privacy-first browsing experience.
  • We may collect standard, anonymized technical data like your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site via essential server logs to ensure our website functions correctly and remains secure against malicious activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for operational and customer service purposes, such as responding to your initial inquiries, preparing detailed website audits, and delivering the services you have requested from us.

This includes communicating with you about your project status, sending SMS or email appointment reminders (if you have opted in), improving the functionality of our site, and complying with local and federal legal obligations. We firmly believe that your data belongs to you; we do not and will never sell your personal information, lead data, or contact lists to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with the trusted service providers necessary to operate our business.

4. Data Retention and Transfers

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill our service obligations and maintain business records.

Because we serve clients worldwide and use third-party providers, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure any such processing is handled securely and in line with this policy. You may request deletion at any time unless a longer retention period is required by law.
